Terms of Service
As the artist,
I have the right to refuse commissions that includes any kind of violence and things that can made me uncomfortable as well.
I can post the illustration in my social medias and use to promote myself, unless otherwise stated explicitly.
Payment and refunds
Payment only with Paypal.
Payment must be made in advance, only then I will start the sketch.
I won't do refunds once I have started the sketch.
Turnaround Time
My TAT can be a week to a month.
During that time, I'll send you updates and you can always ask me about it.
Permissions
The client can use the commission for personal use.
The client can't remove the signature and/or claim the illustration as theirs.
The client can't sell the art as a product unless they have a commercial use.
The client has the right to free changes, as long as they are done before the final sketch is approved. Changes after approval will be charged according to complexity.
The client will have access to a png file once the commissions is complete.

Como artista,
Eu tenho direito de recusar pedidos que incluem qualquer tipo de violência e coisas que podem me causar desconforto.
Posso postar a ilustração em minhas redes sociais e usar para me promover. Se isso for algo que incomoda, posso conversar em privado sobre esse termo.
Pagamentos e Reembolso
Pagamentos podem ser feitos via PIX, boleto ou transferência bancária.
O pagamento pode ser feito após a aprovação do rascunho. Pagamentos realizados antes do rascunho terão prioridade em minha lista de espera.
Eu não faço reembolsos se o rascunho já foi iniciado.
Período de espera
Posso demorar de uma semana até um mês para entregar um trabalho.
Durante esse tempo eu te enviarei atualizações e você pode sempre me perguntar sobre o andamento.
Permissões
O cliente pode usar a ilustração para uso pessoal.
O cliente não pode remover minha assinatura e/ou afirmar que a ilustração é de sua autoria.
O cliente não pode vender a ilustração como um produto a menos que tenha o passe de uso comercial.
O cliente tem direito à alterações gratutitas, desde que realizadas no rascunho. Depois da aprovação do rascunho final, qualquer mudança será cobrada como um valor extra, variando de acordo com a complexidade.
